PHILOSOPHY

The Nassau gymNastics Club is a nonprofit, volunteer run organization whose principle aim is to provide a positive and productive activity to help develop the youth of the Bahamas. Our program is structured with a view to enhancing not just the physical strength and endurance of each student, but also improving one's overall mental discipline, emotional balance, team spirit and self-esteem in a safe and fun environment. Nassau gymNastics is proud to be a member of the Gymnastics Federation of the Bahamas.

FACILITIES

Presently, Nassau gymNastics has two locations on the island of New Providence. The Oakes Field gym offers gymnastics classes for children and adults from 18 months of age. In addition, this facility is the home of the Nassau gymNastics Team Twisters, the upper level gymnasts who compete on the international circuit.

Our SeaGrapes gym is geared to the recreational gymnast, with classes for children and adults from 18 months of age. This fully air-conditioned facility also offers a multitude of auxiliary activities such as dance, cheerleading, and is the home of the Eastwood Judo Club.
