Parent and Tot Classes (18 to 24 months and 24 to 36 months) -- A fun way for parents to actively assist their children with their motor development in a safe and controlled environment. Both parents and children participate in the activities during this 30 - 45 minute session.

Pre-School Programs Area schools are invited to bring their students to our facility for private sessions. These classes are held during the school day and are normally 45 minutes long. Arrangements are made directly with Nassau gymNastics staff and thus programs may differ from school to school according to your specific aims and needs.

Recreational Programs (Pre-Level One to Level Three) -- These hour-long lessons are designed to introduce specific gymnastic skills to the recreational student, and encourage the development of the recreational gymnast into an advanced competitive level. It is the option of the recreational gymnast to attend classes from one to three days per week.

Team Twisters (Girls Levels 4-10, Advanced Boys, by invitation only) – These are the more serious students wishing to excel to the advanced competitive levels. This program enables our students to compete in the international arena, where college scholarships become a very real possibility. Time commitment and level of dedication is necessarily high.

Adult Tumbling (over age 18) – For the older enthusiast who may want to increase flexibility, learn skills, have fun and stay fit, or may just enjoy the sport of gymnastics. 

Dance (all ages and levels) – Classes are structured to provide a well-rounded basic knowledge of dance, incorporating aspects of ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop and creative movement, with the aim of increasing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, rhythm, and physical expression.

Cheerleading (Primary and Secondary Years) – An activity that has enjoyed huge growth across the world, cheerleading combines dance, gymnastics and acrobatics and aids in developing rhythm, coordination, team unity, and performance techniques.

Eastwood Judo Club - As the Vice President of the Bahamas Judo Federation, Sensei Munnings brings his expertise to our Seagrapes facilityby teaching judo and self defense to students ages 5 to adult. He is a 4th degree blackbelt and a certified examiner in Judo.

Aerobics & Yoga (Adult) – Fitness for the body and the spirit.

Holiday Camps and Clinics – Look for our special sessions offered during school breaks!

Birthday Parties – The kids will love having their next birthday party at our facility! We offer a wide range of services including classes, theme ideas, décor, catering, and specialty performances! Parties are designed one-on-one with our Program Director, so reserve your party now!
